1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately at +91 9640852357 or email us at Sahaagrifoods@gmail.com with your order details.

If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it.

2. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we may accept returns in the following cases:

• You received a damaged or open packet.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product is expired (very unlikely as we send fresh batches).

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Sahaagrifoods@gmail.com.
